Shipment costs

When you place an order of €100,00 or higher in the online shop of Cubic Colors, and it can be sent to an address in The Netherlands, your shipping is for free. When your order is below this amount, we calculate only €4,95 shipping costs. For other countries, there’s an alternative rate for shipping.

Pay attention: some packages can’t be sent abroad by DPD or GLS due to their size. If your package is between 1,80 and 2,20 m, please ask us about the possibilities and costs. Packages up to 2,20 m can be sent within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

* Depending on the destination of your package in the country and any customs clearance, the shipping times may vary.
** The expected shipping time is the time that expires from the moment your package leaves our warehouse, until it is delivered to you.

Delivery by post or Packet service

If your purchase is delivered by the postman or Packet service, depends on the size of your order and the type of products you ordered. When your package is shipped by Packet service, you receive a Track & Trace-mail the minute your order left our warehouse. That way, you can easily follow your package, and you know when it will be delivered.

The bonus of Track & Trace

Besides the progress of your order, Track & Trace offers more extra’s. You can change the delivery day of your package (but pay attention: this is no longer possible on the delivery day itself). A second extra is the possibility to indicate whether or not the package can be delivered at a Pick up-shop. You can pick it up there whenever suits you.

If you don’t want to change anything about your delivery day or location, you receive your package on the delivery location you already indicated. In general, the delivery happens the next working day after shipment.
